Abstract/Description: The Louis Winer Papers consists of correspondence, clippings, certificates and awards, photographs, and video tapes, ca. 1948-1992, documenting Louis Winer's work with Camp Ramah, Chicago-area Jewish organizations, Masorti Judaism (Conservative Judaism in Israel), and the Jewish Theological Seminary of America. Most of the material dates from after 1980 and, in general, the collection documents Winer's activities in a fragmentary manner.
