Collation: Parchment: ff. i (modern paper endleaf) + 137 + i (modern paper endleaf) Decoration: Fol. 1r set in elaborately decorated frame and contains an illuminated initial word panel; a blank space was left at the bottom of the frame to accommodate a patron's coat of arms. Censor's signature (fol. 137v): Luigi da Bologna, 1601. The copyist Abraham Farissol's death date is uncertain; D. Ruderman, referring to the present manuscript, states that "the last record of Farissol's life is a manuscript he copied in March, 1528 ... It is most likely that he died shortly after this date ..."
