One side contains permutations of the tetragrammaton; the other side contains angelic names below which is written in code (א"ת ב"ש) the name of the woman whom the amulet protects: קשפגץ שא במטת (and in reverse order as well)=דבורה בת שינא (Devorah bat Shena).
