Supports Supreme court decision to keep prayer out of public schools, decries Lubavitcher Rabbi (Menachem Mendel Schneerson) for joining others in campaigning to over turn this decision, or amend the consititution. Comments on Lubavitcher Rabbi statement that prayer in schools is not against the constitution (he's against this). Tape begins to repeat at 32 minute mark.|
